For PCOS/PCOD I would suggest you better go for zero side effects treatment or method. Hempushpa may be a good medicine, but is known to increase weight.
So, I would suggest before you go for it better consultant with a Ayurveda doctor or Naturopathy doctor.
Naturopathy treatments does not use any drug or herbs. It is completely drugless therapy and is very effective in treating PCOS/PCOD.
Because of your pcos/pcod problem you are gaining weight. If you consume Hempushpa, you may end up gaining more weight. I would like to treat your problem from the root cause through naturopathy.
The excessive carbohydrates and sugar in diet is the main culprit for causing PCOS/PCOD.
You can go for less carbohydrates diet for treating hormonal imbalance & PCOS/PCOD.. The hormonal imbalance can be reversed through a keto diet (less carbohydrates) .
Before go for the treatment go for the blood test of fasting insulin, that will show the insulin resistance.
Yoga, keto diet and some naturopathy treatments like hydrotherapy will be the best and safe solution for you.
