Hormonal issue
I got  LH 12.4 and FSH 5.9 on second day of periods. Prolactin of 44. Borderline thyroid with T3/T4 values normal. Ultrasound came out clean. Scanty flow on periods. Is it PCOD or some pituitary gland related disorder?

Whether it is PCOD or not depends on many factors. It depends on your ultrasound report- Number and arrangement of follicles, morphology and volume of ovaries;LHFSH value, clinical symptoms and signs. It could be PCOS as there is a reversal of LHFSH ratio. So you should consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated so that the diagnosis can be made.
Next Steps
Exercise, dieting and weight reduction are the key factors to control the PCOD. So you should do the lifestyle modification to get your hormones under control.
