Would it help to check hormones for weight loss purpose. I have working hard in the gym for last 4 months & have not seen satisfactory results. 90% of my diet is clean. I have been doing weight training for 1 hr each 4 times a week consistently. I am wondering if problem resides in harmones since Gymming is making me exhausted. I have gained some muscles but not able to reduce belly fat.
