Hello..
This kind of acneiform eruption is quite common seen in patients with dandruff issue.
It is due to fungal infection.
Excessive oil production by body or due to application of oil in hair this problem increase.

Avoid oily and spicy food.

These are acne can be due to dandruff.consult me online for further treatment.do not pick on them.wash ur skin daily with a medicated face wash twice a day.need to treat these with oral as well as topical medications
