How is syringomyelia treated

Asked for Male, 43 Years

Hi I am 43 year old male, I had a history of severe back pain after several tests doctors diagnosed as Syringomyelia. I don’t know hoe severe it is and if it can be treated completely or not. Please guide me what is the treatment for it and will it be permanent or not?
