How long should I brush my teeth.
How long ( in minutes) should I brush my teeth. I brush my teeth in night after my dinner. Is it okay to Brush teeth once in 24 hrs??

2-3 minutes. The quality of brushing matters. Twice brushing is recommended. Be gentle and use a soft bristled tooth brush. Watch a video on YouTube for modified bass method of brushing and implicate it. Be gentle. Donot brush hard

U can brush your teeth 2 times as morning and night,with good fluoridated tooth paste. max 2 min. if u use dental floss that also good which maintains health of interdental area.

Duration is not important but the way how u brush your teeth is important.ideally brushing should be done once in morning and once before going to bed in between u can rinse your mouth with mouthwash.

Ideal duration for brushing is 2 minutes. You have to brush two times daily, night and morning
