Hello sir, I am suffering from allergic rhinitis ,yesterday I have taken nasyam treatment in Chennai. How often I can take the treatment . .thanks

Nasyam can be done in two ways. One way is doing panchakarma nasya treatment for 7 successive days starting from 2 or 4 drops and increasing the drops each day. Other way is dinacharya - daily routine of 2 drops in each nostril. Dinacharya Nasya can be done at home as per your doctor's instruction. Panchakarma Nasya should be done only under a doctor's supervision in an Ayurveda Clinic. This can be repeated only after 6 months if needed.
