Aloe Vera juice: 2-3 tsp mixed with equal quantity of water and have it in empty stomach in the morning. Some of the store bought brands of Aloevera juice mentions 30ml which means 5-6 tsp of it too. Amla juice: Can be taken 3-4 tsp mixed in a glass of water and have it twice daily preferably in empty stomach or before meals Giloy-Tulsi Juice: 5 tsp of juice mixed with mixed in a glass of water and have it once daily preferably in empty stomach or before meals Dashamoolarishtam is an Ayurvedic medicine that contains 10 different herbs in fermented form which is used in variety of health conditions mainly Vata related like respiratory disorders, digestive disorders, skin diseases, arthritis, liver diseases and many more. It’s always good to consult an Ayurveda doctor before taking for the right dose as per the the health condition Self medication is not advised though Ayurvedic medicines have least side effects. They are given as per the body type and health condition
