Aloe Vera juice: 2-3 tsp mixed with equal quantity of water and have it in empty stomach in the morning. Some of the store bought brands of Aloevera juice mentions 30ml which means 5-6 tsp of it too.
Amla juice: Can be taken 3-4 tsp mixed in a glass of water and have it twice daily preferably in empty stomach or before meals
Giloy-Tulsi Juice: 5 tsp of juice mixed with mixed in a glass of water and have it once daily preferably in empty stomach or before meals
