Clean catch Urine sample is a challenge but with practice you could do that. In serious situations suprapubic tap can be an answer.

A one year old can be helped to sit in a baby potty. Keep the container inside a clean potty. Make the baby sit after cleaning her genitals and giving her lots of water to drink... if you are patient 9 times out of 10 you can collect

In and out technique using sterile nasogastric tube. It should be done by  by doctor or trained staff in hospital. Or suprapubic puncture is the preferable method to collect urine in sterile way
