I'm trying to conceive since 3 3months but I don't know what is the issue what should I do now I've been married for 4 months my age is 26

If your cycles are regular ...try having relation on day 10,12,14,16,18 of your period. U could start on some antioxidant medications like ovabless twice a day . Try for another 3 months. ...if still not successful start on ovulation induction medications. See a gynaec for the same.

Are you getting regular period or not.?If yes then find out the report of husband semen analysis.If any problem with husband then take treatment .If weight is more try to reduce it either by diet or exercise.
