How to cure under eye twitching

My age is 28 years. I am a female. I occasionally get this under eye twitching. It is like suddenly that the skin flaps fast for few seconds and then suddenly stops. How does one cure this twitchings? can you suggest any home remedies to solve this eye twitching problem?
