How to cure upper back muscle pain
Since past 1 week I am getting this severe upper back pain. I am 41 year old male. I drive bike to my work almost 13 km everyday. What can I do to get relieve from this back pain? Are there any home related exercises that I can do to reduce pain? Are there any painkillers?
