How to cure upper eyelid twitching
I am 20 year old boy and while reading books and straining eyes I get this upper eye twitchings. When I get this twitching is there anything that I can do stop it? Also how do I cure it? Are there any vitamins which will help me or any medications or applications which will solve this issue permanently?

Twitching usually occurs due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or nerve irritation or dryness etc please identify the cause and follow accordingly
