How to fix blurness of eye.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

From last 2 months my right eye become blurr and there is irritation at the corner of eye. Intensity of light sensitivity fluctuating in the right eye. Alao in ealry morning I feel littlbut heavyness in the eight eye and hard sticky substance in the right eye. What should I do and what would be the solution for this. I visited opthalmologist regarding this after performing lot of test I didn't get satisfactory solution over this and experiencing same thing in the rigt eye.

are you a comuter user. if so you might be having computer vision syndrome. due to which you have developed dryness. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids

follow 20 20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. don't sit facing towards A.C.. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. eat lot of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables. if like use egg and fish also.
