How to get long thick hair in a week

I am 20 year old girl and have short hair. Can you please suggest remedies to get long and thick hair in a week? I am open to alternative therapies like homoeopathy also. Will oil like castor oil lengthen my hair? Applying onion juice can help to increase the volume?

IN A WEEK... THE only sure shot way of getting long hair is hair extensions... no medical therapy on planet can do that in a week..no onion, castor or the usually ineffective alternate medicine therapies can do that... . hair only grows 5 mm in a week... hope this is helpful...
