How to get relief from kidney pain

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I am 37 year old female and past 2 hours I am getting pain in my right side flank area in the kidney region. How do I get relief immediately? Can I do hot water fomentation or keep an ice pack? Will any painkiller reduce my pain? Is there any food which i can take to relieve the pain now?
