How to get rid of anxiety disorder
Whenever i stand or sit my heart starts to beat very fast and i have to take long or deep breathes. Due to which i am not able to do even normal things or activities. I researched that this is a problem related to anxiety disorder.

Anxiety is a daily life part in this era.U cant ignore it.But u can handle or manage it.It can be learnd how to deal with anxiety. Consult a good psychologist or counsellor and go through counselling sessions by which u can find the cause of ur anxiety, and also find a way to deal with it. For medicinal help u also consult a good homoeopathic doctor.If also ur anxiety remains then u can consult a good psychiatrist. Counselling is very much needed in ur case.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
