How to get rid of anxiety panic disorder
I'm suffering with anxiety from 16 months..this anxiety has started when I have seen death incident and my bad luck is that time my health is also not good..suffered with low heamaglobin.. after that I could reduced my concentration stressed out..after using pari cr for 6 months and toficalm for one month..not curing completely..symptoms are palpitations,left hand muscle pain,excessive worry,sensitive and emotional,gastric and bloating stomach,irritation in ear.. While using medicine left hand muscle pain will reduce ..again once when I feel anxious my left hand gets pain.. Is this anxiety disorder or anxiety? How can I get rid of this? I want complete relief from this.. And don't want to use medicines much bcoz it's putting weight.. Should use medicines for years? or I can get rid of this completely within months..please suggest.. Please suggest any way to cure this problem within months.. Thank you..

The symptoms that you have described are indicative of anxiety disorder. Psychotherapy and Counselling will be helpful if you don't want medications. Medications also can be adjusted as per weight.
