How to get rid of cold?
I am getting cold often 3 to 4 times yearly. Usually will have moderate cough and vomiting sensation if take even little extra food. Cold will be in yellow colour in affected time period. Please suggest preventive methods to get rid of cold.

Hello there. Cold is a viral issue which is usually self limiting. Usually only supportive care is required with little or no medicines. Have a spoon of honey and a little ginger juice everyday. Take steam inhalation when you have symptoms. Gradually it will reduce. If it still persists, consult a physician. Regards

There no treatment to permanently to avoid cold and cough. Most of times it may be seasonal .but you can improve your immunity level by natural fruits and vegetables. If the problem is so severe consult a homoeopathy doctor .good results will follow
