How to get rid of mouth sores
Hello, I am a 20 year old boy and I am suffering from regular mouth sores. It is very hard to eat or drink and even talk. I have tried drinking water but it does not help and it is always hurting. Please tell me how to get rid of mouth sores.

Just apply dologel thrice a day and dont spit nor drink even water for half n hour if there is any relief in sores then continue with the gel else consult gastro for mouth sores
