Is their any medicine , which can bring out truth from patient.? Is hypnotism able to bring out truth from patient ? Thanks in advance

Well hypnotism is period of attention and reduced distractibility. Person becomes prone to suggestions by hypnotherapy. It doesn't bring out truth but helps in treatment of various distorted thinking process. Yes, there is a method and medicine to bring out truth via narcoanalysis by a psychiatrist. It is carried out only when deemed essential.
