My son is 3year old & his weight is 11kg he is very activite & eat properly but His weight is not increase properly & catches cold frequently to change the atmosphere and eat somthing cold .Can i give him Zincovit Syrup . If yes than what's dosage ?

As per the age of the child, he is underweight.
Please add calorie rich diet. A detailed diet chart to be maintained as per likes and dislikes of the child.
Please describe any sort of allergies that the child possesses.
Milk based diet-paneer/ghee/butter milk should be encouraged
Colourful diet plate to be made with green vegetables/ carrots/ pulses to be given
Fruits and fibres to be increased.
Syp Zincovit to be given 1 tsp per day

Give food rich in vitamin A and C.
Give plenty of green vegetables.
Its better to give fod than giving any supplements.
You may give syp zincovit 5ml twice daily
Give him rich protein foods like egg ,fish ,ghee ect. And fruits .
To prevent recurrent cold, give him Syr. Septilin 5 ml daily once for 3 months.
Continue Syr. Zincovit 5 ml daily once..
