How to improve my daughter's height
I have three daughters.my first daughter is 8 years old and my third daughter is 3 1/2 years old and their are doing very well with their height growth.but my second daughter 6 years old her height is not growing well.even 4 years children's are equal to her height. So I am worried , kindly give me suggestions how to improve her height.my height is 5.10' and my wife's height is 5.1'

Your daughter 's targeted height is 5.2'. Improve her diet by giving eggs, dry fruits, ghee oil paneer butter dal ground nut and fresh fruits and vegetables. Supplement with Calcium and Multi vitamin syrups. Check height at regular intervals of three mints and mark them on growth chart.. These can be done by a pediatrician. Based on the growth pattern, further action can be taken.
