How to make hair silky permanently
I am 36 year old lady and mother of 2. I have very frizzy hair. Especially when I was my hair they look very dry and rough. What can I do to make it silky that also permanently? I have tried hair serums but they just work for 2 hours maximum. so need some permanent solutions?
