Diet + exercise will give a very good result to reduce your belly fat.
Diet means sensible and clean eating. Whatever you take ....take it in moderation. Reduce the quantity of rice and take more of boiled veggies.
Drink 3-4 litres of water daily..make it a habit.
At least do walking..brisk walk for 30 min.
