I want to remove tan and pigmentation my face becoming dark day by day so please suggest me any medicated cream to apply

Tanning and subsequent sun damage can be prevented by daily application of sunscreen and moisturizing it. In case of established pigmentation creams will not provide satisfactory results. Intervention with pigmentation reducing procedures will be required.
