To store the learnt material into long term memory requires you to practice the learnt material.
Some of the ways to ease learning is by making it interesting. Before that identify what type of a learner you are . Are you a visual learner or an auditory learner or a kinesthetic learner . If you are a visual learner best options are to make a flow chart , diagrams , colorful notes and also making short notes of the study material. If you are an auditory learner then ,you can listen to audio notes related to your subject.
Practicing the study material on a regular basis and avoiding distractions during study time is necessary
