Specially on back and lower neck ,how to treat acne on this areas...I use aloe vera get but there is no results please suggest something

Hello dear. Don't apply aloe vera on acne. Treatment of acne is according to the severity of the condition. Kindly share a clear picture of the back and neck for proper treatment
