How to treat filariasis

Asked for Female, 3 Years

My little baby of 3 yrs old had been complaining of stomach pain since a week. Finally got all test done and its been confirmed its filariasis. I do not want give him heavy doses of drugs. Please help me are there any home remedies for filariasis? Please help soon.
