One word answer is Yes( we can definitely make him pain free and do corrective therapeutic exercises to improve his functional activity) But ..I would like to know few things .. A. If he s diabetic B.if he is hypertensive These two things will guide us to prescribe the adequate intensity exercises for his spine..over or under exercise may not help him. The most important thing here is to know the cause for lumbar lordosis A.is it postural? B.is it the effect of his surgery? Our exercises will be directed towards the cause so that there would be a long term recovery.. I would be able to help more if I see the spine and him.if u can visit us with patient it would be more helpful to do the needful Thanks Dr.Shephaalie.
