How to treat metastasis in d10 vertebra
My father is having t4 CA prostate with metastatic lytic lesion in d10 vertebra as per Bone Scan. Orchiectomy has been done by Dr. Debasish Roy, my senior at NRS MCH 1 month ago following which PSA level drastically reduced from >100 to 0.3. Now the main problem is with d10 vertebra metastases. Please guide me what should be the treatment modality now to treat the metastatic lesion. Thanks and regards.
