Hi I am 36 year female. I have 2 children and I am anaemic. This has been a hereditary problem for me. I feel tired very easily and I do not have enough strength. I am taking iron supplements and also follow rich diet. Due to anaemia I have been suffering from thigh pain since many years. can u suggest any treatment for the same?
