Should I get vaccinated to prevent hpv? Does the vaccine prevent all the viruses like filiform wart etc or just the std hpv?

The vaccine is for HPv. Warts is commonly due to HPV, so yes, it does prevent against them as well.
You are 25. You should take the vaccine before 26 and complete the schedule accordingly.

Yes you can take the vaccine .it does protect against warts caused by hpv.
