Patient manoj asthana is suffering from lungs disease.
He was Covid positive 10 days back but now nagative.
Patient is on oxygen support
His HRCT score is 24 out of 25 now. Attched his report x ray and HRCT. Kindley find the attachment and tell us what we are do next

There is severe infection in both the lungs. It would be better to get him admitted in a hospital if he is not already.
