I recently contracted HSV-1 from the man I'm dating. He was unaware he had it because he is a symptomatic. I developed sores both orally and in my genital area. We are still dating, regardless our situation. However when we tried to have sex again, I once again had a flare up, thought this one was not as serious as the first. What can we do to prevent myself from having these flare ups. Please help!
