Hello Dr,
My son is 5 year old, he is having Hydrocele from last 1.5 year, We gone for ultrasound 1.5 year before and found flood in right side of Testicle.
Now he is having swelling on his susu with pain... He also feel pain while passing urine.
Surgeon has advised us for surgery but due to covid 19 we dont want to go for this right now, is there any permanent treatment in Homeopathy or any possibility for wait some months.

Hernia can be managed only by surgery. No other option.
Regarding pain in susu, does he also get some balooning? Or does foreskin retracts properly?
He might also be having phimosis for which he may need either dilation or circumcision.

Hydrocele at the age of 5year, will be operated as herna, and Herniotomy operation is the only option. No any medicine Will help. Regarding pain in susu region, well, a clinical examination of the area is needed. Thanks
It's a surgical issue. Except the pain relief , no other benefit you Can get from medicines. Go ahead with Surgery if advised. As it may get complicated sometimes. Doctors are taking necessary precautions for covid issues in Hospitals, don't worry.
