Hydrocephalus due to acoustic neuroma

Good afternoon doctor. My brother had acoustic neuroma and has been operated 4 years back. He is suffering form Hydrocephalus due to acoustic neuroma. He has lost his eyesight. Doctor I wanted to know if there are any treatment to get back his eyesight. Can my brother get back his sight.

usually the vision comes back after release of pressure. but once optic atrophy sets in the recovery is not possible. so please accept what is there.
