Hydrocephalus of baby
A child. 9 month old of my relative has hydrocephalus...that is water in brain.he had undergone shunt surgery ..but was unsuccessful...doctor re-operated him..nd removed the shunt draining water to abdomen.2nd now problem has become worse...there is constant leakage of fluid from sugery site...wats the best treatment.....doctor adviced for endoscop

Shunt revision is one option.
Endoscopic 3rd ventriculostomy is another option.
Based on condition of baby, CT/MRI findings, presence of infection, an appropriate decision can be taken.
