Hydrocephalus
Pressure in right side of brain due to Excessive production of CSF earlier operated for cranioplasty but due to graft reaction bone removed since then facing the above problem and it made patient semi unconscious

From what you have described, there are clearly 2 problems. One issue is bone coverage. Other issue is raised pressure due to hydrocephalus. First thing to sort out is the pressure issue. There has to be CSF diversion procedure, like a VP shunt, followed by Cranioplasty. If the own bone is not available, it can be replaced by either bone cement(PMMA) or Titanium mesh.
