Hydronephrosis in infant kidney
My 6 month baby has grade 2 hydronephrosis in her left kidney, paedrtician has suggested urine normal routine test, following is the test result: specific gravity1.010,ph 6.0, pus cell 1-2, epithelial cell 3-4,
I want to know if this is fine? Or should I get ultrasound of kidney done? Please siggest

Urine test is normal. But she needs regular USG for follow up of hydronrphrosis as she might be suffering from pelviureteric junction obstruction...
