Hydronephrosis to 7 months old baby..
Hi dr, my son is 7.5 months old birth weight is 2.8 kg , he is having mild hydronephrosis by birth (right kidney 4.5 left 5.2 at birth n increase at 1.5 months right 5.5 n left 6) dr said to follow up after baby completes 6 months, but due to lockdown i didn't went to hospital for his scanning. Now he has mild fever (rectum temp between 99.4 - 100.1) with cough n cold. Can i give him paracetamol n cetrizen drop or it need to consult pediatric, or its just normal fever or something else. Plz suggest dr. Plz help. Attaching his 1.5 months scanning report for reference. Plz help me dr as a mother i m too much worried abt his fever, my baby is still active n playful n he is eating n talking feeds well.

Please show it Urologist. Need to rule out PUV or bladder outlet obstruction
