Hydronephrotic left kidney
Male child born on 14 Aug 2017 Problem description: Radionuclide angiography shows reduced renal perfusion. Sequential 1 min. image initially show a thin rim of reduced tracer uptake in the periphery with central photopenic area. There is progressive uptake of tracer in the dilated renal PCS with no wash out response after Lesix administration. There is evidence of tracer retention in 60 min delayed image. Renogram shows reduced slope. No descent is seen even after Lasix.
