Hydrosalpinx and PCOS
I am 32. Trying to conceive for more than 2 years. Had a miscarriage in may 2020. HSG test report says I have right unhealthy tube and left hydrosalpinx. TVS report says I am polycystic. I get my periods regularly. Cycle day varies between 35-40 days. What are my chances of conceiving naturally or through IUI? Is it mandatory to go for laproscopic surgery?
