In scan I found that I hav hydrosalpinx on my left. right side it's normal
Do u think there would be hydrosalpinx on right also .but not seen in scan ...

If right side hydrosalpinx is not seen in the scan then the chances are very less.
Next Steps
Take a course of antibiotics & then repeat the scan
