Kindly attach the picture. There are many reasons for getting pigmentation few are internal like related to hormones and genetic and few external like excess sun exposure, pollution, using OTC cosmetic products for longer time. It’s important to find out the cause and then treat it accordingly then only result will come and also will last for a long. There are many treatment options available like peels and laser along with proper medication.
Next Steps
- consult online or visit at Dr.Sheths skin and hair clinic, Marine Lines
Health Tips
- avoid sun exposure for longer time - moisturiser if skin is dry - Spf more than 50 daily morning and afternoon

Kojic is a good cream. But that may not be enough. You need sunscreens as well as other combinations depending on severity of your condition. Some oral medications too could be added. Kindly do an online consultation for better further discussion and prescription.
