  4. Hyper triglycerides. As sleeplessness.

Hyper triglycerides
I have hyper triglycerides and though I continue my medication and have not much fat but feel tired and have fatigue. I suffer from Muscle cramps as well as sleeplessness.

Need to consult Cardiologist,  get your CPK done, vit. B12 and vit.D levels
