I'am having every time sweet smelling urine , from the past 4 months, after my meals and almost every time in between my meals, but I don't experience any of the classic diabetes symptoms, like polyuria,polyphagia,polydyspia and tingling, I only experience sweet smelling urine, my random blood glucose 2 hours after breakfast was 192 mg/dl, plz. Tell.

You should get the following tests done to clear the doubt: fbs, plbs, hba1c, urine routine.
