Hi! You will have to stop resisting sweating. The more you fear it the more anxious you will get and the more you will sweat. Also think about how realistic your fears are. What is the worst thing that can happen because you gave a sweaty handshake? Or had sweaty underarms? Will you lose your job or will you lose an important relationship? Think about it practically and realistically. If it's social inappropriateness you are worried about, you could always manage such scenarios by carrying a tissue with you so that u can wipe you hand before extending it or having a deo to ensure you are smelling good. I'm sure there are many other tricks like this that can help you. Also communicating appropriately with the other person can ensure you will lessen the impact of this problem on other people. People can we more accommodating and flexible that we give them credit for. Regular exercise and healthy diet along with a doctors consultation on this condition will be able to help you manage this situation
