Hyperpigmentation
Long story short I’ve dealt with acne for as long as I can remember. I’m 19 and have taken accutame for 7 months. Although it’s helped tremendously, I’m left with dark spots/hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, and rough skin. Medicated creams don’t work with my face and mess up my skin tone.

long story short... need to examine and assess before proper treatment can be advised.. :) need to know if accutane is still going on... by roughness due to mean scaling or just dryness.. the unevenness of skin tone needs to be assessed... to get a therapeutic responses medicated creams will have to be used.. but we can figure out the right type depending on your skin texture so try for minimal irritation...Please get the problem checked thoroughly by visiting a qualified dermatologist or you can send images online through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem. Hope this is helpful.
