Hypertension and Insomnia
In this lockdown, I faced high blood pressure at the age of 27. I measured 135/96 yesterday with sleepless night. Kindly help me out to cure this.

Keep a record of Bp and Heart rate both morning and evening for at least a week before starting antihypertensive. If smoker or nicotine consumption stop it. Proper sleep is mandatory. If Echo cardiography shows LVH then investigation and antihypertensive.

First do some exercises. 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. No medicine to start with.

Hello, Take low salt diet. Do meditation. Exercise regularly. Keep bp record at least alternate day for 1 week and report after 1 week with the readings Take care
